Peach Amaretto Sundaes

Ohio’s peach crop has been abundant! The peaches are juicy and have a superb taste. In Central Ohio they are picking the last variety of peaches right now, so get them while you can. When I have fresh peaches on hand I make Peach Amaretto Sundaes. Very easy to make and such a grand presentation. Everyone thinks you did so much work and went way out of your way to make it, not so. I recently had a dinner for some friends and finished with this fresh dessert. It was a hit with rave reviews. This recipe serves 2 people but can easily be doubled, tripled, etc.
